Hole 6
This is stroke 1 and it is for a reason. Hardest hole on the course and it’s mainly down to the demanding length this hole has to offer.
Long hitters can drive up past the hedges that sit either side of the fairway at around 180 yards.
Shorter hitters need to miss these at all costs and just stay on the fairway.
The hole is slight dog leg to the left and there’s a fairway bunker that is placed cleverly on the right side about 70 yards short of the putting surface. Miss this at all costs and also a bunker left side of the green.
The green itself is relatively flat so pin locations are not too much of an issue here.
Anyone making a 4 here or better has had a great hole.
